Prior to launching his career, Jeff Baranack studied animal science and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Kent State University, graduating magna cum laude. Upon completing his undergraduate education, he enrolled in The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, an institution ranked fifth among U.S. veterinary graduate schools by the U.S. News and World Report. At the highly rated College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jeff Baranack graduated top in his class in 1989 with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Jeff Baranack offers a variety of services to pet owners and their furry constituents at West Side Animal Hospital, including wellness exams, behavior consultations, pain management, general surgery, and therapeutic care. Dr. Baranack works alongside a staff wholly dedicated to helping and saving dogs, cats, an attribute visible in the wide range of services they provide. An active member of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association, Jeff Baranack benefits professionally from both affiliations by receiving access to quality training and resources.
Dr. Jeff Baranack began practicing at West Side Animal Hospital in 2012. He enjoys traveling with his wife, Tiffany, spending time with his 9 children, and is an avid sports fan, especially the Buckeyes!
